パプニングだらけのアメリカ一人旅










We were suppose to arrive in LA before noon, 
but when I looked out the window, it was already dark.



午前中に着くはずのロサンゼルス空港、
飛行機の窓から外を覗けばもう暗い








My first impression of America.
Everybody is so big!
But being 4’7"a normal size person is big for me.
But still, everything is big.




アメリカの第一印象は皆が大き過ぎる！　と思いましたが
身長１４３センチの私には普通のサイズの人も大きく見えます
しかし、やっぱり大きいな

　







I was surprised at how big Los Angeles Airport was.
The Pink section is the International Terminal, 
and buses take you on a loop to the other terminals. 
There were too many buses, and I did not know which one to get on.
I did not want to get on the wrong bus and go into the city.
I walked to Delta’s terminal.



ロサンジェルス空港の広さにまず驚きました
ピンクの場所が国際線ですが
その周りをぐるぐるとバスが出て目的地の国内線へと運んでくれますが
バスの多さにも驚き、どれに乗っていいか分りません
間違って市街に出たらいけないので、
徒歩にて次の乗り継ぎカウンターに急いだ私









I tried to explain in my limited English that my plane was late.
“I am sorry . . .” is all I understood from her.


乗り遅れになった状況を下手な英語で説明しましたが
彼女のI am sorry・・・と言う英語しか分かりません








All I understood was ”I'm sorry”
She probably was telling me that the planes to Utah were not flying tonight.
Was I going to sleep at the airport tonight??
This is horrible~~~!




I'm Sorryしか解らず、後は何を言ってるんだか？
飛行機がもう飛んでない・・・ときっとそんな事を言われたのだと思います
勝手に想像して　今夜は空港で寝なきゃならないんだろうか？？
最悪だ～～！


 
❤️英語が出来ないにも程がありますね
こんな状態で良く一人旅をしたなーー
旅行の一人旅だったら何処に寝ようがお構いなしですが
(お構いなしと言うか不安は不安ですが)
この後の予定がずっしりと決まっている中での急な変更で
言葉が通いじないってこわすぎます
